Personal training is exactly that, personal. It gives us as the trainers the ability to identify, programme for and improve any deficiencies in your movement patterns with our unbroken attention. Many who are in the initial phases of their training choose to have gym sessions to themselves for a myriad of reasons. Other times we suggest one on one sessions initially to ensure your technique & movement capabilities are sufficient before we can introduce you to semi private sessions.
